Equality, Diversity and Inclusion are more than tick boxes to us. We are a team that have personally come up against the constructs imposed within organisations and society in general. We’ve decided that we can create a shift against the micro-inequities that creates divide and help organisations and leaders to create authentic inclusive workplaces and cultures by raising awareness, and inviting curiosity to understand and embrace differences. We are advocates for healthy, thriving and diverse communities where everyone can flourish and be their best and are ready to help you on this exciting journey.
Our Approach
As strong advocates for equality and fairness; this aspect of consideration is the cornerstone of the work we do across HR and Organisational Development. We work with leaders and teams to change mindsets, and develop behaviours that touches the hearts and minds of people they lead, in an authentic and believable way to build inclusive, healthy, and high performing work places.

Myra Cooke
Organisational Development Professional and people advocate striving to bring out the potential in others to operate at their best
A specialist practitioner who has operated as a business leader in complex environments on multiple pieces of transformational work across various industries, with assignments across the world. I now run my own business consultancy in Strategic HR, Organisational Developmental, Coaching and ED&I practices.
I have a real passion and interest in bringing out the best in others us and have helped numerous organisations realise strategic aims by realising people potential.
Being able to create valuable, trusting relationships has helped me to lead through large scale change with confidence and authenticity by building trust and creating psychological safety. I truly believe that there is tremendous results to be had through the power of ‘real’ human connections.
